I accept OHP Trillium insurance. I am not in-network with any commercial insurance providers. As an associate therapist, I am unable to bill any commercial insurance.
I am able to offer superbills for individual and family therapy services.

A superbill is essentially a medical receipt for services you’ve paid for that you can use to make a reimbursement claim with your insurance. While I’m able to provide superbills, I do not directly contact or bill your insurance in this process - so figuring out what reimbursement looks like is up to you. I recommend contacting your insurance to ask about specifics.
Some helpful questions to ask of your insurance might be:
Can I get reimbursement for out-of-network behavioral healthcare?
Is CPT code 90837 covered for out-of-network behavioral healthcare?
Is there a maximum amount of reimbursement or a maximum number of sessions I could get reimbursed for?
Are sessions with a supervised therapist associate covered, or only sessions with a licensed provider?
I’m happy to guide as much as I can to help you navigate the insurance picture, but please know that the ultimate responsibility for insurance reimbursement with superbills lies with you, the client.

There’s some controversy around whether couples therapy is considered medically necessary. While I can bill OHP for family therapy, I do not bill any insurance for couples therapy.

I currently see clients during business hours Monday through Thursday.
For new clients, I will meet with you every week or every other week at a standing appointment time. Long-term clients who are ready to reduce their session frequency are welcome to contact me to discuss periodic check-ins as my schedule allows.

I currently offer both online and in-person sessions. My office is in Downtown Portland near Powell’s Books. Please note that you’ll have to handle downtown parking and its fees for in-person therapy with me.
Online therapy is available to anyone in the state of Oregon.
